Pace of play a little slow but it was a Saturday. Staff was very friendly and golf course was challenging and in very good condition.

Gotta check this course out in person or online...whoever does their yardage books and website is hilarious. Staff was very courteous and made it a great experience. Only negative was that the course played very short from the white tees--we should have played the blue or gold tees (and we're not big hitters).

Very nice layout with some challenging holes. It wasn't their fault that the pace was slow that day. The staff was great. Newer course so there isn't much in the way of trees and shade, however there are also no houses around the course so you don't have to worry if you have a really bad hit. Just take plenty of balls if you have a bad slice. It is an enjoyable course at a reasonable price.

We played on "Seniors Day" so got a bargain price. However, the regular price was only $40 with cart so that's pretty good. The "clubhouse" is quaint (a modular) but is has all the necessities along with a large, covered, airy, friendly deck for an after round libation. Course is in great shape and has some surprises/challenges for the first timer. We enjoy playing there and drive about 30 miles to get there. Well worth it, however.

Played in over five hours and this is an easy course to walk, although I think they had a men's club event earlier.

This is absolutely one of the best courses I have played for the price paid. One of the best things about it is they have reduced annual green fees for Juniors, Military, etc. The staff is the friendliest of any course in the area. Rates #1 in my book!

Played on a late Wednesday afternoon. The AM had been somewhat threatening weather wise so the course was practically empty. Pace of play was supposed to be 4:30, we played in four hours. Saddleback is a fun track, still without many houses nearby so the views of the Colorado Rockies, particularly Long's Peak are magnificent. For so early in the season, the course was in excellent shape. The price with cart was very reasonable and the round included range balls. Water comes into play quite a bit, a par three on the front nine that essentially is an island green, and a short par 4 on the back nine that is a great risk reward hole. Wind was not a factor on this day, but could very easily cause a severe impact on your round even when a light breeze is blowing. Hadn't played this course in quite a few years so was delighted not only with the course, but chuckled at the hole descriptions in the complimentary course guide. I will play again this summer.
